Getting to meet wedding clients months before their big day is the best. This gives me time to get to know them a little better, chat about their wedding day & show them around the place I love the most: Seward, Alaska. Rob & Kaitlyn were no exception to this greatness. We spent the morning bouncing around from place to place, finding the perfect light for the time of day & getting a range of beautiful Alaska backdrops to showcase their love in.
These guys' wedding photography packages includes an engagement session - score! So they packed up their car for spring break and made the drive from Seward from Anchorage. The March morning air was chilly with winter snow & a coastal wind blowing us around, but Rob & Kaitlyn proved their Alaskan grit in their formal wear. The mountains, ocean, frozen landscape & sun shining complimented them perfectly. And the end result - STUNNING. They both told me they're not models, but by the end of the shoot these guys were looking pretty professional in my opinion. Don't you think so!? I already know the answer is yes.
I cannot wait for their Anchorage wedding in the autumn where the colors are richer & the backdrop is completely different. We're going to get the most beautiful range of photos for them to cherish forever. Plus their reception is at Dave and Buster's and that has literally always been on my list of things to do. Soooo I've decided this is basically fate. More magic coming in September 2021. Stay tuned..
